An opening for a PhD position is available in the Automated Computational Mechanics Laboratory (ACML) under the supervision of Dr. Soheil Soghrati at The Ohio State University (Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering). Applicants with background in computational mechanics and/or interest in programming are highly encouraged to apply. PS: 我是组里第四年的PhD。根据我的感受，我们组的研究课题在美国的机械领域来讲，算是比较活跃的方向。组里科研经费充足，目前供应一个PostDoc，8个PhD。加上已经毕业的3个PhD，funding都是从入学供应到毕业。老板是伊朗裔（美国人），人很nice，对待学生很友善，基本不push，毕业要求因人而异。文章产量不错，基本是学生一作他通讯。组里的中国人有来自清华，浙大，上交，哈工大和华科大。有兴趣可以和我联系，我会尽力提供帮助。
