ICIVIS 2021将围绕“图像、视觉、智能系统”的最新研究领域，为来自国内外高等院校、科研院所、企事业单位的专家、教授、学者、工程师以及广大高校研究生等提供一个分享专业经验，面对面交流新思想以及展示研究成果的国际平台，共同探讨本领域发展所面临的关键性挑战问题，以期推动该领域理论、技术在高校和企业的发展和应用。

姚剑教授

Jian Yao,  is a professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Distinguished Professor of "Chutian Scholar" Program of Hubei Province, Discipline Development Leader of the School of Remote Sensing Information Engineering of Wuhan University, a candidate of the National Major Talent Project A-type Youth Project, a high-end talent of the 3551 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program of Wuhan, a leader of the Artificial Intelligence College of Guangdong Open University, director of the Artificial Intelligence Application Innovation Center of Guangdong Open University, dean of Research Institute of Desauto Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Professor of Xiamen University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, distinguished researcher of Songhua River Thousand People Industry Research Institute, director of Wuhan University Computer Vision and Remote Sensing Lab (WHU-CVRS Lab), director of 3D Big Data Artificial Intelligence Innovation Research Center of Wuhan University, and director of the New Overseas Chinese Professionals Association of Hubei Province and Wuhan City. In April 2012, he was introduced to the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering of Wuhan University as a discipline development leader . 

祝恩教授

En Zhu is a professor and doctoral supervisor of National University of Defense Technology, National Outstanding Youth Fund recipient, Chairman of the Committee of National University of Defense Technology. His research interests are artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, algorithms, and computer vision. Now he is the Secretary General of CCF Theoretical Computer Science Committee, member of CCF Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Committee, member of China Artificial Intelligence Society Pattern Recognition Committee, and executive director of Hunan Computer Society.

王勇教授

Yong Wang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Central South University, director of the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Intelligent Control, and head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence. He is a Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, a Highly Cited Scholar in Global Computer Science, a Marie Curie Scholar of the European Union, and a rotating director of the Hunan System Simulation Society. Heis mainly engaged in research on artificial intelligence and its applications. 

张文安教授

Wenan Zhang is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Information Engineering of Zhejiang University of Technology.  In 2016, he was awarded the Young Scholar of the "Changjiang Scholars Award Program" by the Ministry of Education, and was awarded the Excellent Youth Science Fund project in 2018.

Philippe Fournier-Viger教授

Philippe Fournier-Viger (Ph.D.) is a Canadian researcher, full professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), China. Five years after completing his Ph.D., he came to China and became a full professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), after obtaining a title of national talent from the National Science Foundation of China.  He is the founder of the popular SPMF open-source data mining library, which provides more than 170 algorithms for identifying various types of patterns in data.

★ 作者可通过Turnitin或其他查询系统自费查重，重复率不得超过30%，否则由文章重复率引起的被拒稿将由作者自行承担责任; 

★ 请您根据模板编辑您的论文，并将全文(word文档)发送至组委会邮箱：icivis@126.com

★ 您的文章页面需要控制在6-10页，含公式图表等，超过10页需缴纳超页费； 

3、审稿周期：所有文章将经过大会委员会审稿，审稿形式为单盲审;您将在7-15个工作日内收到审稿意见。 

4、文章录用：若您的文章被录用，我们将以邮件形式通知您，您将收到以下文件：录用通知、审稿意见表、中文注册表。 

5、注册缴费：请在收到录用通知后将以下注册文件发回：论文终稿、中文注册表、汇款凭证、学生证明（学生投稿）
