中文摘要: 通过Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯(G0),并在氧化石墨烯基础上引入了磺酸基形成了磺化氧化石墨烯(SGO),采用γ射线辐射方法对GO和SGO进行还原以制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)和还原磺化氧化石墨烯(RSGO)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及热重分析(TGA)等对通过实验制备的GO、SGO、RGO及RSGO进行表征。分别将RGO和RSGO分散在Nafion/异丙醇溶液中以制备分散液,采用滴涂方法制备石墨烯/Nafion复合膜修饰电极和磺化石墨烯/Nafion复合膜修饰电极。使用阳极溶出伏安法研究制备的石墨烯复合膜电极对重金属离子Pb2+、Cu2+和Cd2+的分析检测,确定检出限。预期通过优化反应条件获得稳定、选择性好、灵敏度高的用于重金属离子检测的电极材料,为新型化学修饰电极的制备方法提供新思路。

英文摘要: Graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized with the Hummers method, and it was integrated with sulfonic acid group to formed sulfonic graphene oxide (SGO). Using γ-ray radiation method, GO and SGO was reduced to prepare reduced GO (RGO) and reduced SGO (RSGO), respectively. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) measurements, high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM),X-ray photoelectron spectrocopy (XPS) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to characterize the GO、SGO、RGO and RSGO produced by our experiment. RGO and RSGO was dispersed in Nafion-isopropanol solution to form the suspension respectively, and then Nafion-G and Nafion-SG composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was obtained by drop casting method. The determination of the heavy metal ions Pb2+、Cu2+ and Cd2+ was investigated by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). It is expected that the obtained modified electrodes could possess good stability, good selectivity and high sensitivity by the optimum reaction condition. And we hope that this work could provide ideas for preparation methods of new chemical modified electrodes.
