中文摘要: 甘肃河西走廊是我国酿酒葡萄的最佳产区之一,也是水资源严重短缺的地区之一。目前,滴灌节水技术已成功运用于酿酒葡萄生产之中。本项目针对该区酿造葡萄生产中N肥施用量高、果实含糖量较低的问题,以赤霞珠品种为试验材料,采用滴灌施肥方式,通过研究N肥施用量和施用时期对酿造葡萄植株N素吸收与利用、光合作用与同化产物分配、果实糖代谢与酸代谢、生长发育与品质产量等方面的影响,运用层次分析方法(AHP)、主成分分析法和因子分析法等方法,明确滴灌条件下N素水平和施用时期与酿酒葡萄品质的相关性,从N-C互作角度,揭示N素调控葡萄品质的生理机制,为河西走廊酿酒葡萄节水调质技术的建立提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Hexi Corridor is a superior producing area for wine grapes in China. The region suffers from serious water shortage problems, so water-saving dripping irrigation has already been widely applied. However, there were two serious problems effected the wine grapes production, that is high amount nitrogen was applied and low sugar content in the grape fruits. According to these problems, we will make below experiments on grapevine of Cabernet Sauvignon. By changing amount and period of applying nitrogen with dripping irrigation for studying on the effects of absorption and utilization of nitrogen, photosynthesis, distribution of assimilated products, sugar and acid metabolism, growth and maturity, quality and yield of wine grape. Moreover, AHP, PCA (principal component analysis) and factors analysis will be employed to clarifying the relevance between content and utilization of nitrogen and grape quality. Therefore, it will offer a theoretical basis for the establishment of water-saving and quality-adjusting technology for the grapes production in Hexi Corridor of Gansu.
