中文摘要： 社交新时代的到来使得企业内正式与非正式网络互动问题愈发突出。主流理论往往将正式与非正式因素割裂开来讨论；而少数尝试分析企业内正式与非正式网络互动的研究还停留在概念界定不完整、研究关系静态的阶段，难以反映其影响企业的全貌。CAS理论为我们提供了崭新思路。本项目将基于该视角，并运用混合模型研究方法，系统分析正式与非正式网络互动影响企业适应环境的相关问题。首先，借鉴CAS的合法系统和影子系统概念，引入网络方向性维度完整界定正式与非正式网络互动的类型和测量；然后，依据不同CAS系统状态的适应性地形理论，分析正式与非正式网络互动对组织适应性的影响；进而，分别基于CAS的混沌边缘及环境匹配观等，探讨上述影响发生的作用机理及权变情境。我们将从根本上推动主流理论关注企业内正式与非正式因素整合，全面揭示正式与非正式网络适应环境的动态过程，并为实践界设计正式和非正式网络互动以适应环境提供指导。

英文摘要： In the new era of social media, the interplays between formal and informal intra-organizational network have become more crucial in business enterprises. However, current studies mainly take into account the effects of formal and informal factors in organizations separately. Some attempts in the analysis of their interplays are hindered by the ambiguous conceptions and only limited in the static relationship, which can't precisely reflect the overall relations between formal and informal networks in organizations. Complex adaptive system (CAS) theory provides us a powerful perspective to tackle the dynamic interactions in networks.We thus apply the mixed-model methods based on the CAS perspective, and systematically analyze the related problems that the effects of interplay between formal and informal intra-organizational networks on the adaptation of enterprise to the environment. Inspired by the concept of legal system and shadow system of CAS theory, we will first propose a complete definition of different types of interplays by adding the dimension of network direction . Secondly, we will apply the proposed concept of different system status of CAS to analyze the effect of interplays between formal and informal networks on the organizational adaptation. Finally, we will explore the mechanism and contingency conditions of their relationships based on the concept of edge of chaos, the match between systemic complexity and environmental complexity of CAS theory. Our study will stimulate a vibrant research activity on understanding the integrity of the relationship between formal and informal factors, bridge the fundamental gaps in the existing research due to incomplete definition of the concept and the static level of research relationships, reveal comprehensively the dynamic process of the interplays between formal and informal networks to adapt to the environment, and provide important guidance of designing the interplays between formal and informal networks in organizations to adapt to the environment for the management practices.
