中文摘要: 防危性设计是安全关键分布式控制系统(Safety Critical Distributed Control System, SCDCS)需要解决的重要问题之一。本项目拟从系统控制性能和网络实时性要求出发,将时间隔离思想引入到网络调度中来,在防危调度设计的前提条件、调度策略和调度实现三个方面展开研究。在对SCDCS 建模分析基础上,建立控制性能与网络调度之间联系,提出基于控制与调度集成设计的网络时间参数确定方法;在此基础上,引入时间隔离策略,建立具有隔离防护机制的分层网络调度框架,推导出该模型可调度性判定条件;分析网络中时钟误差对时间隔离机制的不良影响,建立时钟误差与时间隔离调度之间的约束关系,给出基于'前期协商'的网络节点时钟同步算法。本研究工作为建立高可信控制网络的设计方法提供了理论与技术支撑,对加快控制网络在复杂工业安全关键领域的应用具有积极意义。

英文摘要: Safety design of control network is one of imporant problems which is worthy to be concerned in the design of safe critical distributed control system,ie.,SCDCS.This project focuses on the demands of both contol system performance and real-time network transmission and makes the research on the prerequisite for safety scheduling design ,safety scheduling strategy as well as the implementation in the practial network by introducing time isolation mechanism.First,a connection between control performance and network scheduling is investigated and a method to acquire network time parameters through co-design of control and scheduling is put forward after SCDCS is modeled and analyzed.Second,a hierachical scheduling model with time isolation will be built by using above parameters and its schedulability equation will be deduced.Finally,the impact of network time error on the scheduling with time isolation is analyzed and the constraint between time error and time isoltion scheduling is presented as well as a time synchronization method called as 'early negotiating'is created .In terms of the research,the project seems to be providing the powerful support in theory and technology to the desig of high dependable SCDCS .And it could be expected to prompt more and more control networks to be applied to the safety
