中文摘要: 本课题拟就回火处理对强流脉冲电子束辐照重熔层组织的影响规律进行研究,并在此基础上,研究回火处理对重熔层耐磨及耐腐蚀性能的影响。首先采用强流脉冲电子束辐照装置对材料进行表面辐照,然后在真空条件下对重熔层进行回火处理,研究回火时间、回火温度等对重熔层相组成的影响。采用X射线衍射技术、TEM、HRTEM等技术对经过回火后重熔层的显微结构及相组成的变化情况进行观察分析。重点对马氏体及碳化物的晶体学特征及其与残余奥氏体之间的位向关系进行研究,揭示重熔层残余奥氏体的分解规律;对经过回火后重熔层的硬度、摩擦学特性及耐腐蚀等性能进行研究,揭示重熔层马氏体转变及碳化物的析出对材料性能的影响规律,以实现重熔层组织结构的可控制备。本课题对推动强流脉冲电子束辐照技术在钢铁材料表面改性中的应用具有重要的理论意义。

英文摘要: The aim of this project is to study the effection of high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) irradiation on the tempering behavior of the steel.On this basis, tribology and anti-corrosion behavior of the remelted layer after tempering will be studied. First, The steel is irradiated by HCPEB with different irradiation number and energy density to obtain remelted layer contains all of retained austenite propertion. And then, the remelted layer will be tempered under vacuum condition.Influence of tempering time and temperature on the phase compositions of the remelted layer will be studied. XRD TEM and HRTEM will be used to study the phase evolution of the remelted layers.Nucleation and growth of the martensite and carbide particles will be studied to investigate the infuluence of HCPEB irradiation on the tempering behavior of the steel. In order to determine opticle HCPEB irradiation and tempering parameters, the suface hardness, anti-corrosion and triblogical properties of the material will be investigated. The investigation of this project will have important theoretical value on the microstructure and properties control of steel under HCPEB irradiation.
