中文摘要： 社会资本是继物质资本、人力资本之后又一个被经济学家用于解释区域经济增长的因素，但有关社会资本的测量模型及其对区域经济增长作用机制的系统研究文献仍相当有限。通过收集15年中国-东盟社会资本调查数据，构建中国-东盟区域经济增长的社会资本测量指标体系，测量社会资本对中国-东盟区域经济增长的影响方向和程度，探讨社会信任、社会规范、社会参与网络等社会资本变量对区域经济增长的影响，并在此基础上探讨社会资本对中国-东盟区域经济增长的作用机制，最后提出促进中国-东盟区域经济增长的社会资本管理策略。在研究中，一方面试图开发社会资本测量指标体系以进一步规范社会资本与区域经济增长的研究方法；另一方面，通过社会资本数据的收集和分析，探讨社会资本对中国-东盟区域经济增长的作用机制，以及基于中国-东盟区域经济增长的社会资本培育策略，为相关部门有效利用社会资本进一步促进中国-东盟区域经济增长提供理论依据和决策参考。

英文摘要： After the material capital and human capital,Social capital is another factor used to explain regional economic growth by economists. But the literatures about measurement model of social capital and its mechanism on regional economic growth are still quite limited.By collecting 15 years survey data of China - Asian social capital and building social capital measurement index system to value the influence direction and degree of social capital on China - Asian region economic growth, the project will explore the influences of social capital variables (including social trust, social norms, social participation network) on regional economic growth, and on the basis to discuss the mechanism of social capital on China-Asian regional economic growth. Finally,the project tries to put forward the management strategies of social capital on China-Asian regional economic growth. In our project, on the one hand, We try to construct social capital measurement index system in order to further standardize the research methods of social capital on regional economic growth; On the other hand, through the data collection and analysis of social capital, We explore the mechanism of social capital on China -Asian regional economic growth, and then put forward cultivation strategies of social capital in order to provide the theoretical basis and decision reference for the relevant departments to use effectively social capital for further promoting the china-Asian regional economic growth.
