中文摘要: 纳米多层涂层刀具因具有超高硬度和优异的高温稳定性受到关注,但在高速加工方面的应用基础研究很少,深入研究涂层刀具高速切削机理是实现纳米多层涂层刀具性能稳定化和普及应用的关键。本项目采用复合物理气相沉积方法,设计高温性能优异的宽温域高铝AlCrN/SiNx不同Al/Cr比、Si含量和调制周期的多层超硬膜,对涂层的显微结构、硬度、韧性、高温时效、高温氧化和扩散、摩擦、高速切削性能进行系统的研究,获得Al/Cr比、Si含量和调制参数对纳米多层超硬膜的超晶格结构和宽温域摩擦学性能影响的规律,多层涂层在高温环境过程中的显微结构演化规律和表面界面行为,及影响涂层刀具高速加工性能的行为和机理。本项目的研究目标在于获得高速加工用低成本高性能纳米多层涂层刀具的制备理论、制备方法和加工工艺技术。本项目的研究成果对于丰富纳米多层涂层刀具切削理论有重要学术价值;项目的研究成果将使得刀具涂层的高速切削性能得到提升。

英文摘要: Nano-multilayer coated high-speed cutting tools attact great attentions due to their superhardness and excellent thermal stability. However, the application study in high speed machining is rarely. The stability of properties and the popular application of the nano-multilayer coated cutting tools depend maily on the deep study for the high speed macnining mechanism.This project selects the AlCrN/SiNx nano-multilayer superhard coatings with various Al/Si contents and modulation parameters prepared by the hybrid physical vapor deposition technique. The microstructure, hardness, toughness, high-temperature annealing, high-temperature oxidation and diffusion, wear behavior of the coatings and machining properties of the coated cutting tools will be studied systematically. The influence of the Al/Cr ratio, Si contents and modulation parameters on the microstructure and high-temperature tribological properties of the coatings, the evolution and surface-interface behavior of the coatings in a high-temperature environment, the high-speed machining behavior of the coated tools, will be investigated.
