中文摘要: 为满足微波器件小型化、集成化和多功能化的需求,针对目前已有的磁电复合材料无法兼具高介电常数、高磁导率以及小损耗和高截止频率等特性,本项目以多功能低损耗磁介电氧化物介质材料为研究目标,基于具有高磁导率、高饱和磁化强度的铁氧体材料与高性能微波电介质材料的相共存分析,通过单相固溶体体系、多相复合体系、微观结构织构化的设计制备,研究开发具有自主知识产权的兼具良好磁性与介电性能的新型低损耗高频磁介电氧化物介质材料。项目将系统研究这类新型材料的制备-结构-性能关系,深入研究和认识其形成机理、功能继承和性能调控原理,以期获得设计制备具有多功能性质的氧化物介质材料并有效提高其介电常数和磁导率、降低介电损耗和磁损耗的方法,为微波介质材料多功能化和高性能化提供重要的实验和理论依据, 并有望催生出一些具有全新原理的微波无源元器件,为未来发展新型的微波集成电路奠定理论和实践基础。

英文摘要: To satisfy the requirement for the miniatuation, integration and multifunction of microwave devices, it is planned to develop a novel kind of low loss magneto-dielectric composite materials based on the coexisting phase analysis of high permittivity microwave dielectric ceramic materials and high cut-off frequency magnetic materials.The studies will be carried out on the process, structure and properties of this novel magnetodielectric materials in the forms of solid solution single phase materials, ceramic-based composite materials and microstructure textured materials. The aim is to obtain a novel magnetodielectric material with high permittivity and high permeability, low loss and high cut-off frequency with the understanding of the process mechanism, function inheriting and coupling principles. The results will be benefit to developing multifunctional oxide materials with the effective means to improve the permittivity and permeability and lower the dielectric loss and magnetic loss . It will also provide the important theoretical and experimental reference for the multifunctional composite materials. On the base of the novel multifunctional materials, it may develop out new microwave passive devices with new mechanism for microwave IC and integrated module.
