中文摘要: 本项目采用熔盐、高压静电纺丝法结合多元醇(酸)辅助溶剂热、表面敏化等技术构筑ⅤB族氧化物/ⅡB族硫化物复合光催化剂分级结构。研究不同构型及形貌复合光催化剂分级结构的制备规律,同时利用理论与实验相结合的方法研究催化剂的光生载流子传输机制。采用SEM、TEM、EELS等研究催化剂的生长机制及组分信息;利用XPS、Rietveld及DFT计算等方法研究催化剂的晶体及电子结构,并建立催化剂的结构-形貌关系模型;利用Mott-Schottky、UV-vis及超快光谱等研究催化剂在光诱导下的载流子输运行为,从本质上揭示该类复合分级结构光催化剂光生电荷的分离与传输机制。为高性能可见光分解水催化剂的设计和合成提供理论依据。

英文摘要: A variety of synthesis techniques (such as poly-alcohol/acid assisted solvothermal, molten salt, electrospinning, gaseous penetration of rare earth and ionic sensitizing) are used to construct hierarchical architectures of VB oxides/IIB sulfides composite photocatalysts. The synthesis routes of composite photocatalysts with various architecture and transport mechanism of photogenerated carriers in composite photocatalysts are conducted based on the related theories and experimental results. SEM, TEM and EElS are used to research on the growth mechanism and component information. Crystal structure and electronic structure are studied based on XPS, Rietveld refinement and DFT calculation. Furthermore, the structure-morphology model of the composite photocatalysts is also set up. Mott-Schottky curve, UV-vis spectra and ultrafast spectroscopy are utilized to research the transportation of photogenerated carriers. Our work will provide the theoretical and experimental evidence for designing and synthesizing high performance photocatalysts for water splitting, and reveal the separation and transportation of photogenerated charges in hierarchical architectures of VB oxides/IIB sulfides composite photocatalysts.
