中文摘要: 传统形状记忆聚合物(SMP)功能实现具有单程、单转变点特点。本项目考虑通过结构设计,实现SMP多转变点、形状转变连续梯度变化和结构双程自组装等功能。内容涉及SMP复合结构设计、制备和实验表征技术。具体包括:1)利用具有不同临界温度转变点SMP均匀膜/板结构,通过特定热力学过程,实现双程形状记忆功能,理论建模和实验表征其变形特征和形貌演化;2)利用变截面SMP复合膜/板结构,设计可实现梯度功能的SMP复合结构,发展相应的实验表征技术;3)利用SMP圆柱体/膜和圆锥体/膜复合结构,设计可实现复杂二维和三维形貌特征的曲面微结构双向自组装生成技术,发展相应的形状转变过程精细实验表征方法。本项目涉及SMP结构/功能一体化设计、制备和表征技术,其中实验方法上需完成热力学过程中结构二维和三维体表变形和体内变形场的实时动态检测。项目的执行对实现SMP多功能化和促进表面自组装技术发展具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The conventional shape memory polymers (SMPs) exhibit one-way shape memory effect and only have one critical transition temperature. In this project, SMP composite structures with functions of multi-transition temperatures, graded and two-way shape memory effects will be developed via the structure design. The design, fabrication and experimental characterization of SMP composite systems will be performed. First, the two-way shape memory effect will be designed by using the composite laminate made of one SMP film and another SMP substrate with different shape transition temperatures. The physical model of two-way shape-memory effect will be developed. The behaviors and evolvement of the morphology of SMP film/substrate composite structures during the thermomechanical process will be experimentally investigated. Then, the SMP film/substrate structures with the inclined section will be introduced to obtain functionally graded memory effect, and the experiments will be performed. After that, the thermomechanical process and deformation characteristics of curved SMP composite structures, e.g. cylinder, cylindrical channel and inclined cylinder, will be studied to obtain 2D and 3D self-assembly systems, and the experiments will be performed to determine the deformation behavior.
