中文摘要: 土壤团聚体结构对微生物的分布和活性有较大的影响。目前,有关土壤团聚体对土传病原真菌尤其是致病性尖孢镰刀菌在土壤中的分布和活性的影响机制尚不明确。本研究在前期已经获得绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)标记的致病性尖孢镰刀菌的基础上,拟研究尖孢镰刀菌在不同孔隙结构的土壤团聚体中定殖的数量和分布特征,了解土壤团聚体微结构对尖孢镰刀菌生长的影响;研究大团聚体中有机物的数量及分布特征对尖孢镰刀菌生长繁殖的影响;研究土壤大团聚体中微生物群落结构对尖孢镰刀菌生长繁殖的影响。该研究阐明土壤团聚体对尖孢镰刀菌在土壤中生长繁殖和分布的影响机制,为由致病性尖孢镰刀菌引起的作物土传枯萎病的防控提供新的思路。

英文摘要: Soil aggregates structure have a large impact on the distribution and activity of the microorganisms. Currently, the mechanism of effect of soil aggregates on the distribution and activity of soil-borne fungal pathogens, especially pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum, was not clear.In this study, the pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum containing green fluorescern protein (GFP) was obtained.We intend to study the distribution characteristics of Fusarium oxysporum in aggregates of different porosity to understand the effect of microstructure of soil aggregates on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum; to study the effect of distribution of organic matter and microbial community structure in soil aggregates on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum. In this study, we want to clarify the impact mechanism of soil aggregates on the growth and distribution of Fusarium oxysporum in soil,and provide novel information for effective prevention of soil-borne fusarium wilt of crop caused by pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum.
