中文摘要： 《Cellular & Molecular Immunology》(简称CMI)期刊创刊于2004年，由中国免疫学会和中国科技大学主办，2007年被SCI收录，2010年SCI影响因子为2.026，2011年影响因子约为3.0；在中国138种SCI期刊中排名第8位。CMI网站浏览量为1.8万次/月，有51个国家和地区免疫学学者引用CMI，近几年来影响因子大于10分的国际期刊引用我刊183次，Nature系列、Cell系列、Science系列等高端杂志引用60余次。 本项目旨在建立MTS-AOP-JCR系统进一步推进CMI的国际化进程，即：通过MTS系统完善CMI审稿机制；加快出版周期，力争每篇文章都实现网络预先发表（AOP）；加大期刊市场推广力度，使网站浏览量突破3万次/月；进而提高CMI国际影响力，使我刊学术水平达到或超过日、澳、英同类期刊水平(力争JCR-SCI影响因子大于4)。

英文摘要： The journal of <Cellular & Molecular Immunology> (CMI), which was co-published by Chinese Society of Immunology and University of Science and Technology of China, was founded in 2004. CMI got the 2010 Impact Factor 2.026, ranking 8th in all the 138 SCI indexed Chinese journals, accordingly about 3.0 in 2011, after it was included by Science Citation Index (SCI) in 2007. CMI was cited by many immunologists(come from 51 countries and regions) in other famous journals, and the average views of homepage was 18,192 per month. Recently, CMI be cited 183 times by those Impact Factor higher than 10 scentific journals, and 60 times by Nature, Cell, Science family top journals. To enhance the international influence of CMI, achieve the same status with Japan, Australia and England immunology journals (IF=4). We would like to apply the supports of National Natural Science Foundation in the foundation of MTS-AOP-JCR system. This system could make the peer-review proceeds more perfect under the help of Manuscripts Tracking System, short the time-round of publication to guarantee all the papers advance online publication, magnify the marketing development to make the website hit-number higher than 30 thousand per month.
