中文摘要: 随着高速铁路网络规模不断扩大和客流持续增长,提供面向全程的“快速”出行服务成为高速铁路客流组织的核心目标,传统“供给驱动”、“粗放型”的客流组织方式已不能适应高速铁路的运营需要,“需求驱动型”客运服务网络的“精细化”设计成为高速铁路客流组织理论研究亟待解决的关键问题。本项目以全面提升高速铁路旅客出行服务水平为目标,围绕高速铁路非常规趋势客流演变规律与精细化出行需求特征,出行需求与宏观、中观、微观三个层面服务网络相互作用机理与协调机制,以及面向复杂应用需求的客运服务网络多粒度特征与结构瓶颈三个关键科学问题展开研究,揭示“列流、客流、路网”时空匹配规律,解决精细化客流分析、基于闭环的一体化客运服务网络优化、客票营销策略诱导下的乘车方案设计、客流与列流协同配合的节点服务方案设计等关键技术,构建新型客运服务网络设计理论体系,为高速铁路旅客出行服务方案的优化设计提供理论基础和方法。

英文摘要: With the rapidly extending of high-speed railway (HSR) network and continuously increasing of passenger volume, providing passenger with a “rapid” travel service chain will be the crucial goal of HSR passenger flow organization. Conventional “supply-driven” and “extensive” passenger flow organization hardly meets the HSR operation requirements. “Fine” design of a “demand-driven” passenger service network has become the major issue to be solved in the HSR passenger flow organization theory. Toward improving the HSR service level for passenger travel totally, this project focuses on three scientific problems, including 1) unconventional increasing tendency of passenger flow and the elaborating features of travel demand at the background of large scale HSR network, 2) the interaction and coordination mechanisms between travel demand and service networks at macro, meso and micro levels, and 3) multi-granularity characteristics and structural bottlenecks of service networks for different application surroundings. The aim is to reveal the time-space matching law among train traffic, passenger flow and railway network, and to solve four key technologies, including 1) precise passenger flow analyzing, 2) integrated passenger service networks optimizing based on closed-loop control, 3) train riding scheme designing induced by ticket marketing strategies, and 4) travel service designing at stations and hubs with collaborative passenger flow and train traffic flow. All the researches will establish a new theory of passenger travel service network design, which provides theoretical basis and methodology for optimizing HSR passenger travel service plan.
