中文摘要: 新烟碱杀虫剂是目前一个重要的杀虫剂品种,田间大量使用导致的抗性问题日趋严重,其中细胞色素P450s介导的代谢解毒作用增强是普遍和主要的机制。以环氧虫啶为代表的桥环顺式硝烯新烟碱类杀虫化合物具有全新结构,与其他新烟碱杀虫剂无/低水平交互抗性,且不同桥环结构化合物活性有所不同。本项目运用分子生物学、化学分析和计算方法研究害虫P450s对桥环顺式硝烯类新烟碱杀虫化合物的解毒代谢能力和可能的代谢途径,从解毒代谢酶角度探究化合物对害虫活性差异原因,为反抗性新烟碱杀虫化合物的设计与合成提供新的依据和思路。

英文摘要: Neonicotinoids is one of the most important insecticides. However, the development of neonicotinoids-resistance in field insect populations is induced by high frequency and large areas using. A lot of studies showed that the enhancement of metabolic detoxification cytochrome P450s is the major factor. Fixing the nitro group in the cis-configuration provided a new approach for neonicotinoid molecular designing. Cycloxaprid, exhibit high biological activity to target insect, and has low/no level cross-resistance with other neonicotinoids. In order to study the metabolism ability of P450s to detoxify the cis-configuration neonicotinoid compounds, molecular biology, chemical analysis and calculation method will be used in this program. The detoxification capacity and possible metabolic pathways in target insects are conducted to study. The results of the study will provide theoretical and practical basis for the research of bridged cis-configuration neonicotinoids and neonicotinoids design.
