中文摘要: 锂硫电池作为一种新型电池体系,以其高能量密度和环境友好的特点而引起极大的关注,将会成为下一代动力、混合动力汽车的储能系统。由于硫正极电化学反应复杂,中间产物多硫化物易溶于电解质,硫和中间产物的电绝缘性,锂硫电池的容量、循环性、安全性都需要大幅提高。本项目拟将单质硫装载入阵列CNTs/三维石墨烯内部,通过阵列CNTs对多硫化物中间产物的限制效应,防止多硫化物溶解,并以其高导电性和机械强度缓冲充放电过程中硫的体积变化。本项目研究将设计锂硫电池的最佳负载模式,通过调控硫负载量、硫@阵列CNTs/阵列CNT的结构控制,探索其对锂硫电池性能的影响,揭示硫的结构与阵列CNTs/三维石墨烯储存基底的内在联系,从而为锂硫电池正极材料的设计提供指导依据,为制备具有应用前景的动力电池用锂硫电池提供理论依据和技术基础。

英文摘要: Lithium sulfur batteries have attracted significant attention due to their high specific energy density and environmental friendliness, and have wide potential applications in the field of electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles. However, the electrochemistry of sulfur cathode is very complex, such as the high solubility of intermediate polysulfides in electrolytes, the insulator behavior of sulfur and polysulfides, the performance, especially the capacitance and cyclability need to be significantly improved. Herein, the purpose of this project is planned to encapsulate sulfur into vertically aligned CNTs/3D graphene substrate. The confinement effect of CNT will prohibit the dissolve of electroactive polysulfides, and reduce the structural degradation by providing high conductivity together with high volume of inner tube space. This project will examine the best loading method for sulfur cathode, tuning sulfur content, adjust of sulfur@CNTs/3D graphene structure and will provide guidance for researchers to design Li-sulfur cathode materials. It is expected to provide theoretical understanding and frontier technologies guidance for Li-sulfur based batteries for electric vehicles application.
