中文摘要: 阿特拉津是我国大量使用除草剂之一,因其残留期较长,对后茬作物产生药害,污染地下水,对人类健康及自然环境构成一定的威胁,已经引起学术界和公众对其广泛的关注。申请者前期开展了利用丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)修复阿特拉津污染土壤的研究工作,从黑龙江省受阿特拉津污染较为严重的农田土壤中分离获得 6株AMF。本项目利用分室隔网共生培养体系,从高效降解阿特拉津AMF菌株筛选、AMF对根际微域影响因素、丛枝菌根及菌丝体对阿特拉津降解途径及代谢产物、菌根系分泌物对阿特拉津降解作用以及丛枝菌根对阿特拉津降解酶基因克隆和功能分析等内容开展深入研究,以其揭示AMF对阿特拉津污染土壤的修复机制。预期研究成果可获得对阿特拉津污染土壤进行高效修复的AMF并明确其作用机制,这将对控制农田污染、保障粮食生产安全具有重要的现实意义;通过对丛枝菌根降解阿特拉津基因的研究,为降解阿特拉津工程菌株构建及降解酶制剂的研究奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Atrazine is one of the most widely used herbicides in northern China. Long-term residuals of atrazine has phytotoxic effects on the succeeding crops and can pollute the groundwater, putting human health and natural environment in danger. Its pollution prevention and control have attracted wide attention from the academia and the public. Previously the applicant has conducted research about Atrazine-contaminated soil remediation using arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), and discovered a more efficient AMF to degrade atrazine. In this project,using a compartmentation co-curture system, we expect to thoroughly reveal how AMF repair atrazine-contaminated soil.The goals includefindingthe effects of AMF on rhizosphere micro-organisms, the pathway and metabolites of AM degrading atrazine, the degradation activities of mycorrhiza exudates on atrazine, and the atrazine degradation gene cloning of AM and their activaties analysis,etc. Most importantly, we expect to obtain a high performance AMF strain for atrazine-contaminated soil bioremediation, which will have practical significance for controlling farmland pollution and food security production, ecological environment protection, and promotion of the economic development of Heilongjiang province.
