中文摘要: 利用肿瘤细胞的繁殖与免疫因子的抑制间竞争物理机制构建肿瘤细胞与免疫因子间的网络调控模型。在接近真实的肿瘤与免疫因子竞争网络中,研究时空噪声、时间延迟等参量对肿瘤细胞生长速度、繁殖率和扩散率及肿瘤与免疫因子间的竞争(即:分叉图)等行为的影响。结合现有的关于一维肿瘤模型的理论推导,试图利用平均场近似方法寻求网络调控模型的近似解析解,揭示此模型中噪声及时间延迟对肿瘤与免疫因子间的促进及抑制等竞争行为。利用优化的计算程序,数值模拟表征肿瘤细胞动力学行为的特征参量(繁殖、扩散时间、共振等),分析时间延迟、时空噪声对肿瘤细胞生长速度、繁殖率及扩散率的影响。为了验证理论分析的有效性,将理论结果与数值计算结果进行比较。并与真实的肿瘤研究的相关实验结果相比较,理解肿瘤细胞生长、繁殖及扩散本质,进而得出一些有利于肿瘤治疗的理论方案。

英文摘要: A tumor and immune cell network can be constructed to show the competing behavior of the tumor number and the immune cell number, which is driven by noise and time delay. In this tumor and immune factor network model, effects of spatiotemporal noise and time delay on the growth rate, reproduction rate and spreading rate of tumor will be investigated. According to the theoretical derivation of one dimensinal tumor model, the theoretical expressions of steady-state tumor cells can be obtained by mean-field approximation. And the competing and controlling behavior between tumor and immune cell can be discussed by spatiotemporal noise and time delay. Compiling and optimizing computing program, numerical results of tumor growth, reproduction and spreading rate can be calculated by varying the parameters of spatiotemporal noise and time delay. The effects of spatiotemporal noise and time delay on the system can be discussed theoretically. In order to verify the validity of theoretical derivation, we will compare the numerical results with the theoretical analysis. In contrast to experimental results of tumors, the physical nature of the tumor growth, reproduction, spreading of this model can be comprehended. And then the theoretical plans can be suggested to help tumor therapy.
