中文摘要: 海岛地区淡水资源缺乏,需通过大量敷设海底输水管线来进行远距离引水和岛际供水。然而海底输水管线经常发生漏损,特别是长时间无法找到漏损位置,有时输水中断长达数月,不仅导致国家投入巨资的输水管道无法有效利用,而且造成供水紧张,给经济与民生带来不利影响。本研究将漏损检测传感器与管内探测球相结合,研发可连续检测微小漏损的移动智能探测技术,对提升海底管线的运行服务水平,保障"海底生命线"安全具有重要意义。本研究通过分析管内漏损声和背景噪音的频谱特征,研发从嘈杂噪音中辨识漏损的算法;通过研究管内探测球动力学特性与周围流场,分析探测球的运行轨迹,提出探测球参数优化设计和运行距离定位的方法。重点突破"辨声"和"定位"两项关键技术,有望检测出极微小的漏损点和达到极高的定位精度,是长距离海底管线等管外安装检测仪器极不方便的环境中进行渗漏检测的有效方法,该技术同样也适用于陆上长距离跨区域输配水管线的渗漏检测。

英文摘要: A large number of submarine pipelines were laid in island area for long-distance water diversion and insular water supply, due to lack of freshwater resources. However, the pipeline leakage often occur, which takes too long time to find the leakage location, sometimes leading water supply interruption for months. The leakage of the pipelines results in the government investment can not be used effectively, causes water supply interruption, and brings about an adverse impact on the economy and people's livelihood. This study will combine with the leakage detection sensor and in-pipe detection ball, to develop a mobile intelligent detection technology for the very tiny leakage, which will improve the service leve of the submarine pipeline and ensure the safety of "underwater lifeline". Through the analysis of frequency spectrum characteristics of the leakage sound and the background noise, the leakage noisy identification algorithm will be developed. The experimnet study of hydrodynamic characteristics of the in-pipe detection ball will be done. The optimization design parameters of detecting-ball will be gived. Finally, The two key technology about "leakage recognization" and "leakage location" need to be break through, expecting to recognize the very tiny leakage point and achieve high precision for long-distanc
