中文摘要: 低磷诱导白羽扇豆形成排根结构,通过扩大吸收面积和分泌有机酸阴离子提高磷的利用效率。黄酮类化合物能够调控生长素的运输,影响侧根的发育。白羽扇豆分泌大量的黄酮类化合物,然而人们对黄酮类化合物在低磷诱导白羽扇豆排根形成中的作用机制和途径并不清楚,这是准确评价排根植物适应低磷胁迫的关键问题。本研究采用雾培和营养液培养方式,研究黄酮类化合物对低磷诱导白羽扇豆排根发育以及生长素响应的影响,分析控制白羽扇豆黄酮类化合物生物合成的关键基因LaCHS的表达及其调节模式,揭示LaCHS基因的表达与低磷诱导排根发育之间的内在联系,明确LaCHS基因调控排根发育的作用机制。为探明白羽扇豆对低磷酸性土壤环境的适应性,深入理解低磷和黄酮类化合物在排根形成与发育中的相互作用关系与调节机制,进而为选育与改良抗逆性作物新品种提供科学依据。

英文摘要: The phosphorus (P) deficiency can stimulate cluster root formation, which significantly enhance P use efficiency through greatly enlarged root surface area and carboxylate exudation. Flavonoids affect lateral root development through modulate auxin transport.White lupin exudate a large amont of flavonoids.However, the mechanisms of P deficiency-induced cluster root formation is not fully understood, particularly roles of flavonoids in cluster root formation. To answer these quentions is important for accuratly evaluating cluster-root plant adaptation to P-deficiency stress. The solution culture experiments, in combination with in suti staining and HPLC analysis method, are conducted to investigate the concentrations and distribution of flavonids in cluster roots at different developmental stages, and the effect of flavonoids on the formation of cluster roots. The main research contents in the study include investigating expression pattern of LaCHS, which encodes the chalcone synthase to conduct the flavonoid biosynthesis, and function of LaCHS in cluster root formation, with the aim at clarifing relationship beween P deficiency-induced cluster root formation and flavonoids-mediated lateral root development.
