中文摘要: 南方水稻黑条矮缩病(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus, SRBSDV)是申请者首次发现鉴定并命名的经由迁飞性害虫白背飞虱传播的水稻新病害,近年该病害在我国及越南等地迅速扩散暴发成灾,已成为威胁我国及周边国家水稻生产的重大问题。前期研究认为,水稻-病毒-白背飞虱复合体的形成及强化是该病害成灾的主要原因。本项目采用代谢组学的理论与方法,揭示病程相关代谢物谱特征,探析代谢层面的致病机制;研究病程相关主要代谢物对传毒介体的影响及其在病害流行中的作用,从代谢组学层面解析植物-病毒-介体互作的分子机制,深化对病害流行成灾机理的认识;同时评价病程相关代谢物在病害诊断及防控中的应用潜力,为病害早期诊断及绿色防控提供一条新思路。

英文摘要: Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus is a new species in genus Fijivirus proposed by the applicants, it is transmitted by white-backed planthopper,a large-scale migration insect,and caused a severe problem for rice production in China and Vietnam during last several years. Based on previous studies, we suggested that the formation and enhancement of the rice-virus-planthopper complex is one of the crucial factors for the virus epidemic. In this proposal, we plan to analize the complex with metabolomic theories and metheds, compare the metabolite profiles of infected and healthy rice plants, study the functions of some virus induced metabolite in the interaction between infected plant and vector planthopper, and improve our knowledge about the mechanism of the virus-plant-vector interaction. Meanwhile, the pathogensis related metabolites will be evaluated for the potential significance in diseas diagnosis and control.
