中文摘要: 我国许多地方的淡水砂矿日渐枯竭,新生河砂量已不能满足建筑用砂的需求。而我国海砂资源丰富,可以很好地缓解建设用砂的紧张状况,但海砂在应用过程中会产生“海砂屋”等重大建筑安全隐患。本课题针对海砂应用过程中对海砂钢筋混凝土结构服役安全性能的迫切需求,拟通过对海砂表面高分子膜特性的表征,对海砂表面氯离子检测前处理方法的研究,对海砂型氯离子的扩散特征及其对钢筋腐蚀的作用机制的研究,以及海砂表面高分子膜对混凝土力学性能和钢筋混凝土结合力的影响机制的研究,获取海砂表面氯离子含量的检测方法,探索海砂对钢筋混凝土腐蚀耐久性的影响机制。为海砂的合理应用及海砂混凝土建筑的服役安全性提供参考和支持。

英文摘要: With the depletion of the river sand, the new mined river sand cannot meet the demands for building sand. The sea sand is resourceful and can remedy the deficiency of sand for construction. While the sea sand will endanger the construction. The safety of sea sand reinforced concrete structure is an important issue that needs to be solved. Therefore, the polymer film on the surface of sea sand is characterized. The method to test the chloride content of sea sand is analyzed. The law of chloride penetration around the sea sand is studied. And the effect of chloride on the rebar corrosion is also studied. Finally, the effect of polymer film on the mechanical property of concrete and the bond strength of reinforced concrete members is studied. Based on the above, the method of testing the chloride content of sea sand is established. The mechanism of durability property of sea sand concrete is explored. The research has great significance for the rational application of sea sand and the safety of sea sand concrete construction.
