中文摘要: 生物质及其衍生物"一锅法"合成高附加值化学品是提高生物质资源利用效率的有效途径之一。本项目针对纤维素一步法制异山梨醇反应,构建设计高选择性绿色催化剂体系,避免无机酸的使用。利用水热合成技术制备具有特定形貌(纳米棒、纳米线)或介孔结构的氧化物固体酸(Nb2O5;Nb2O5-WOx等),通过控制形貌尺寸实现酸性位数量、强度及分布可控调节。采用多元醇与金属离子络合-沉淀以及postencapsulation组装技术将Ru,Pt加氢活性组分高度分散在载体上并优化金属-酸性活性位在空间上的匹配度及其协同作用,促进纤维素高选择性转化,结合衰减全反射红外光谱法(ATR-IR)等原位技术探索中间产物的形成及转化过程,建立催化剂结构与性能关联(构效关系)。

英文摘要: One-pot conversion of biomass and its derivatives to high value-added chemicals is one of the efficient ways for biomass application. The aim of this project is to selectively produce isosorbide from cellulose over the green catalyst systems and avoid the use of mineral acid. Firstly, metal oxides (Nb2O5 and Nb2O5-WOx etc) with various morphologies (nanorod,nanofiber) or mesoporous structure are synthesized via hydrothermal technology. The concentration, strength and location of acid sites over the supports are controllably regulated via support morphology and size.Then active metals (Ru, Pt)for hydrogenation reaction are highly dispersed on the supports by complexation precipitaion of polyol with metal ion and postencapsulation assembly method. The reasonable spatial distribution of metal-acid active sites together with their strong synergistic effect promotes the selective conversion of cellulose.The formation and transformation progress of intermediate species is investigated by in-situ spectroscopy such as Attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-IR) and the catalyst structure-activity relationship is established.
