中文摘要: 根际土壤微生物是陆地生态系统中各种生命元素生物地球化学循环的重要驱动力和主要参与者,对根际微生物的研究将有助于我们认识植被与土壤之间的内在联系。本项目以黄土丘陵区根际土壤为研究对象,通过历史资料收集和野外调查相结合、野外试验与室内分析相结合的方法,对黄土丘陵区植被恢复重建过程中根际土壤微生物效应及其与土壤植被互动反馈机理进行了深入研究,建立了黄土丘陵区根际土壤质量评价指标体系,得出代谢熵、脲酶、基础呼吸、水溶性碳及纤维素酶是表征根际土壤质量的关键微生物指标。阐明了黄土丘陵区植被演替过程中根际土壤微生物特性的演变规律,揭示了微生物代谢功能多样性与植被、土壤之间的相互关系。通过建立人工模拟植被竞争体系验证了自然演替中根际微生物与植被间的响应机制,研究结果为认识黄土丘陵区生态恢复本质过程机理提供科学依据,同时丰富了生态学、土壤学等学科交叉的研究领域。

英文摘要: Rhizosphere soil microorganism is the important drive force and the major anticipant in the life-elements biogeochemical cycling of the terrestrial ecosystem. Knowledge of the changes in the microbial properties of plant rhizospheres is important in understanding the interactions between soil and plant communities. Taking on the rhizosphere on the hilly Loess Plateau as research object, through field experiment and lab test, combining with historical data collection and field investigation, microbial effect in the rhizospheres and its interaction with soil and plant in the process of the vegetation rehabilitation was studied in this project. Soil rhizosphere quality assessment indicators in the hilly gully region of Loess Plateau were established. Among these indicators, metabolic quotient, basal respiration, water-soluble carbon, urease, and cellulase were proposed to be the most important indicators to characterize soil quality in the region. The evolution of microbial properties in the rhizosphere soil during vegetation succession was illustrated. The interaction between diversity of microbial metabolic function, plant and soil was also identified. The set up of the simulate vegetation competition validated the response of rhizosphere microorganism to the plants. The research results could provide scientific reference for understanding the mechanism of vegetation rehabilitation in the hilly Loess Plateau, and enrich the theory for the interdisciplinary of ecology and soil science.
