中文摘要: 项目针对大行程、高带宽的亚微弧度量级空间指向应用,开展了全柔顺空间指向机构的设计理论研究。提出了大位移柔顺直线指向机构的设计约束和设计原则,设计了具有导向的改进型Roberts与多折叠柔顺梁直线指向机构,形成了柔顺直线指向机构结构拓扑设计方法,提出了基于位移叠加原理的导向刚度系数的精确计算方法,建立了以柔顺梁单元为主要特征的柔顺直线指向机构的动力学模型;研究了集中柔度柔顺回转机构的阻尼特性、固有频率,建立了两自由度柔顺支承结构的耦合动力学模型;研究了分布柔度蝶形柔顺回转机构的刚度计算和精度设计问题。形成了一种大行程柔顺空间指向机构的设计理论,设计了一套具有分布柔度的四自由度大行程柔顺空间指向机构,该机构由柔顺直线指向机构和蝶形柔顺回转机构组成,解决了基于音圈电机驱动的大行程空间指向机构的设计和精密加工问题。综合上述理论研究成果,研制了一套柔顺空间指向机构的计算机辅助设计和分析软件

英文摘要: Concerning the application of Space Pointing Mechanisms(SPM)with large stroke and high bandwidth, this objective of this project is to research the design theory of full-compliant SPM. Design constraints and design principles of large stroke compliant linear motion mechanism are analyzed , modified Roberts compliant mechanism and multi-folded flexible beam compliant mechanism are designed with guiding function , the design method of topological structure of compliant beam and compliant linear-motion are developed by using the modular method, accurate theoretical calculation formulations of guiding stiffness are derived based on the principle of iterative displacement, the multi-degree lumped parameter dynamical model of compliant linear-motion mechanism with the compliant straight beam are built;the dynamic analysis of lumped compliant rotation mechanisms is presented including dynamic modeling method, natural frequency, damp characters, etc,the coupling character of the two-axis compliant support is analyzed, the problem of stiffness calulation and precision design of distributed compliant butterfly rotation mechanism are resolved. The design theory of large stroke SPM is developed , a novel large stroke 4-DOF SPM is designed which are consisted of compliant linear motion and compliant butterfly rotation mechanism, the problem of design and precision manufacturating of large stroke SPM based on Voice-coil moter. Based on above reseach progress, the computer assistant design and analysis software for compliant SPM is developed.
