中文摘要: 水体中各类新型、潜在、非传统环境污染物,包括药物活性成分(APIs),其环境残留的潜在影响成为了公众健康优先考虑的问题之一。鉴于其组分复杂、存在水平低、分析难度大、多方面耗费高等,本课题选择常见APIs,结合化学品性质、区域地理、国民经济等信息,构建非稳态条件下高阶水平综合多介质模型,预测不同水文时期APIs在水相、悬浮物相、沉积物相、水生生物相的残留水平,建立大连湾海域APIs残留的污染信息系统。探讨APIs在不同环境介质中的分布规律,进行源识别分析。研究阻断和降低APIs污染扩散的有效途径,提出因APIs引起对环境劣化的影响、以及实施区域健全性恢复措施效果的定量评价因子,分析研究方法推广应用于其它流域圈的可行性。化学品高级水平多介质模型研究,结合信息系统现代高科技手段,可以突出体现环境问题和地理信息的密切关系,为发展水体环境优先污染物风险评价和防控提供科学依据。

英文摘要: The harm on ecosystems and human health from variety of emerging, potentially non-traditional environmental pollutants is the focus of attention of the world. The potential impact of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) residues in water has become one of the top priorities in public health. Considering the complexity of APIs' components, the low level of existence, the difficulties in analysis, and the higher cost in many aspects, advanced level of fugacity algorithm was established in combination with chemical properties of APIs, information on regional geography and national economy under the non-stable-state condition. The obtained models can predict the residual levels of APIs in the different hydrological periods in aqueous phase, suspended solids phase, sediment phase and biota phase. This study aims at establishing residual pollution information system of APIs in Dalian Bay, investigating the distribution of the APIs in different environmental media, and evaluating the effective ways of blocking and reducing APIs pollution. A effective methodology of quantitative evaluation is proposed resulting from the impact of environmental degradation of APIs, as well as the implementation of the regional integrity remediation factor to explore the feasibility of the research methods that can be applied to other
