中文摘要: 生物棘轮(Biological ratchet)是通过修正热噪声来产生分子马达定向输运的系统,是统计物理研究的热点问题之一。基于我们早期对反馈棘轮的研究结果,拟从以下三方面研究延迟反馈棘轮的合作定向输运特性:1)采用实验上可操作的双阱棘轮势,研究耦合布朗马达构成的延迟反馈棘轮的各性能参量对马达合作定向输运的影响,给出驱动蛋白马达在反馈控制作用下的最优控制策略;2)系统分析延迟反馈棘轮中受周期力驱动的耦合布朗马达的随机共振行为;3)求解反馈棘轮的普适效率,研究不可逆损失对棘轮性能的影响,并对模型各性能参量进行优化分析。本项目所得结果有助于深入理解生物棘轮的合作定向输运特性,可为相关纳米器件的优化设计与操控提供理论参考。

英文摘要: Biological ratchet is such a system which can take advantage of noise as it converts random fluctuations into directed motion. This interesting phenomenon has been one of the hot issues of statistical physics. Based on the early results which have been obtained about feedback ratchet, the directed transport of the delayed feedback biological ratchet will be investigated from three facets as follows: 1) We will adopt the double-well ratchet potential which can be implemented experimentally to investigate how the performance parameters affect the current transportation of coupled Brownian motors in the control of delayed feedback. The optimal control strategy of the dynein under the control of feedback will be proposed. 2) The stochastic resonance of the periodically driven coupled Brownian motors in the feedback ratchet is investigated systematically. 3) The generalized efficiency of the feedback ratchet is calculated analytically, and the performance of the ratchet under the influence of the irreversibilities is searched. These results can be used to analyze the performance parameters of the model.
