中文摘要: 针对西北地区特殊地质条件,对超大直径、超深冻结凿井可靠性问题开展研究,特别是药量大、段数少的条件下,爆破对混凝土外井壁、冻结壁的损伤作用。 通过试验研究西北地区代表性岩土层物理特性、热力学性能及动力学特性。通过物理模型试验和数值模拟,研究在不同地压、不同冻结温度下井筒开挖掘进后冻结壁的受力、变形和破坏特性,获得爆破对冻结壁的影响程度和范围,通过模型试验、数值模拟和现场实测,研究冻结管在爆炸动载和开挖卸载条件下的应力、变形和振动特性及代表性冻结地层中爆破动载的传播特性,冻结壁的振动特性和爆破引起的冻结壁损伤程度和范围。着重研究井筒外壁混凝土特别是新浇筑混凝土在爆炸动载作用下的受力、变形、振动及损伤。 比较矿区现有爆破技术参数,通过对炮孔布置、起爆网络、装药结构等进行优化,探讨在保证爆破效果的前提下科学地减少一次爆破的装药量。希望本项目的研究能为大直径深立井冻结法凿井的安全快速掘进提供技术

英文摘要: In the light of specific conditions in northwest china, we study the reliability of freezing shaft-sinking method for super-diameter and super-depth shaft, and especially emphasize the damage to the concrete shaft and frozen wall under the condition of large charge quantity and less subsection. The research group study the physical characteristics and dynamic properties of northwest typical rock and soil layers by means of physical model experiment, numerical simulation and field test, and we are going to study the relationship of stress – starin and failure property of freezing wall after excavation with different ground pressure and freezing temperature. We investigate the influence of explosion to freezing wall, and also analysis the freezing pipe’s strain, stress and vibration property under the explosive load.Then discuss the propagation property of wave in the typical frozen soil layers, and at last we gain the vibration character of freezing wall and the damage to the wall caused by explosion. The research emphasizes on the deformation,vibration and damage of shaft concrete under explosive load,especially for the fresh placing concrete.
