中文摘要: 大气CO2浓度升高引发的气候变化对生态环境、农业生态系统、森林生态系统等产生显著影响,研究植物对气候变化的响应及其生态适应机制具有重要意义。在我国西北地区,气温升高与干旱成为气候变化背景下影响植物生长发育的重要因子。 本项目以宁夏地区的优良枣树品种- - 灵武长枣为试验材料,采用红外线辐射器控制模拟环境,测定红枣在气温升高与干旱胁迫长期交互处理下的光合作用、光合产物分配与果实活性成分含量及糖分积累规律,分析交互处理对灵武长枣的耗水规律、同化物积累与分配、果实品质的影响,研究宁夏特色经济林树种对气候变化的生理生态响应,揭示气候变化对旱区木本植物水分利用效率、果实品质形成的影响机制,为探讨木本植物对气候变化的适应机制提供基础与参考。

英文摘要: The climate change caused by elevated CO2 concentration has a significant impact to eco-environment, agricultural ecosystem and forest ecosystem.Therefore it is necessary to study the response and ecological adaptation of plant to climate change. Elevated temperature and increased drought are key environmental factors that affect plant growth and development in northwest region of China under climate changing situation. In this project, the three-year-old seedling of Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv. Lingwuchangzao, a fine jujube variety in Ningxia, is used as material to test its photosynthesis, photosynthate allocation, fruit active component contents and sugar accumulation patterns under the interactive treatments of elevated temperature and soil drought stress using infrared radiation equipment to control simulation environment. Moreover, the effect of the interactive treatments on water consumption, photosynthate accumulation and allocation, and fruit quality in the seedling will also be analyzed. Based on all these observation and analysis, we will elucidate the effecting mechanism of climate change on the water utilization efficiency and fruit quality formation in woody plant and their ecological physiological response, which will provide theoretical bases and guide directions to the study on adaptation mechanism
