中文摘要： 一直以来我国立足于服务"三农"的正规金融机构发展比较缓慢，非正规金融虽有广泛的土壤但也难免冠上"扰乱金融秩序"的罪名。在此背景下，研究农户的投资融资行为对于理解中国农村信贷的现状与未来发展、以及深化农村金融体系改革有着重要的意义。本项目计划以传统乡土社会的宗族为切入点，考虑现代村庄选举的制度背景，探究正式与非正式制度结合下农户的投资融资行为。首先构建理论模型，分析以宗族为基础的农村社会网络在农户投资融资行为中的作用机制，并基于中国农村独特的跟踪调研数据，检验宗族网络在投资融资中的作用；然后结合村庄选举，探索民主选举与宗族的交互影响，并从农户个体的"政治关联网络"和村庄整体的"正式与非正式权威的耦合"两个层面，分别对村庄内部和村庄之间农户投资融资行为的差异进行实证检验。本项目的开展，不仅有助于理解传统宗族组织与现代选举制度之间的互动关系，也为发展适合中国农村的金融体系改革提供有益参考。

英文摘要： The formal financial institutions in rural China has been developed slowly, informal finance has a wide range of soils, but also inevitably been crown on charges of "disrupting financial order". In this context, the investment and finance behaviors of rural households thus has important significance in understanding the status quo of China's rural credit and its future development, as well as the deepening of the reform of the rural financial system. Based on the lineage groups in traditional rural society and the formal institution of the modern village elections, this project is planned to explore the investment and finance behaviors from the perspective of the combination of formal and informal institutions. Specifically, this project firstly sets up a theoretical model to analyze the mechanism of lineage-based networks on the household investment and finance behaviors, and then use a unique panel data set to test the role of lineage networks that has played in investment and finance behaviors. In addition, combined with the village elections, the project explores the interaction between democratic elections and lineages.
