中文摘要: 与一般铁磁构件的磁记忆效应产生机理不同,摩擦过程磁记忆效应的产生受多种磁化和热退磁机制的影响。针对这一问题,本项目通过构造可在线观测滑动摩擦接触区域磁畴组织变化和监测表面磁场及磁记忆信号变化的摩擦学实验系统,选择典型磁性材料开展不同条件下的摩擦磨损实验研究,结合理论分析,探讨不同磁化与退磁机制耦合条件下摩擦磁记忆效应的产生机理,揭示摩擦学过程中应力与变形、热效应及材料转移或粘附引起的表面破坏等与磁记忆效应之间的关系;分析不同工况对表面磁场变化的影响;确定不同工况条件下摩擦表面磁记忆信号的变化特征及其对不同磨损失效型式的灵敏性,建立磁记忆信号特征参数与磨损状态和磨损型式转化之间的关系,提出基于磁记忆效应的磨损状态量化评价模型,为实际工程应用奠定理论与方法基础。本项目研究对于进一步揭示摩擦过程的物理本质、丰富和发展摩擦学理论与金属磁记忆检测基本理论、开发新的磨损状态监测方法具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Being different from the ordinary effect of magnetic memory on a ferromagnetic component, the generation of magnetic memory on friction surface in the tribological process is affected by multiple magnetization mechanisms and thermal demagnetization mechanisim.This problem should be worth of focusing on.In this project,a tribological test system is to be built in which the magnetic domain patterns in contact area can be in situ observated and the changes of magnetic-flux density and magnetic memory signal on friction surfaces can be on-line monitored. Through the tribological experiments with different conditions by using typical ferromagnetic material samples,the generation mechanism of magnetic memory effect on friction surfaces will be investigated in the different coupling situations of magnetization and thermal demagnetization in accordance with theroy analysis.The relationships between the magnetic memory effect and the friction contact stress, deformation,tribo-thermal effect and surface damage by transfer or adhesion will be revealed.The effects of different operation conditions on the changes of surface magnetic-flux density is to be analyzed.The changes of magnetic memory signal on friction surface under different conditions will be characterized and its sensitivity to wear failure modes will be confirm
