中文摘要: 多胺(ployamines,PA)是一类短链脂肪胺,是生物体代谢过程中产生的具有较高生物活性物质,是生理代谢过程中如细胞分裂、DNA的复制、胁迫反应、生长发育等的重要调节物。当植物遭受盐度胁迫、温度胁迫、离子胁迫、营养胁迫、光胁迫等各种环境逆境时,多胺合成酶的活力就会增加,多胺会在体内累积,进而影响植物的生长发育。多胺对环境胁迫的抗逆调节作用在高等植物研究中比较多,而对藻类研究相对比较少。 本研究拟以东海主要赤潮藻为重点研究对象,通过赤潮藻在盐、温度、光照、重金属及营养胁迫下,藻类生长与体内多胺积累、精氨酸脱羧酶(ADC)和多胺氧化酶(PAO)动态变化关系等一系列室内及野外现场实验,来阐示多胺对赤潮藻耐环境胁迫的调节作用机制。

英文摘要: Polyamines are short-chain aliphatic amines found in procaryotic and eucaryotic cells. They are a kind of high bioactivator produced in the metalbolic process, where they regulate cellular differentiation,DNA copy,stress reaction and growth etc. When plants suffer salinity stress,temperature stress, mentals stress,nutrition stress and light stress etc.,polyamines synthetase activity incress,polyamines accumulate in the cell and then it will affect the plants growth and development. It is very common about the researches in the adjustment of ployamines in higher plants resistance on environmental stress,but in the algae are fewer. This study will focuss on the relationships amonge the grwoth of red tide algae in the East China Sea, ployamine accumulation in cell,arginine decarboxylase (ADC) and polyamine oxidase (POA) under salinity stress, temperature stess, light stress, metals stress and nutrition stess by a series of indoor and outdoor experiments, which will explain the adjustment role of polyamine in algae resistenace on enverionmental stress.
