中文摘要: 在对压电薄膜/石英谐振器设计所面临的技术性瓶颈和亟待解决的难点问题进行系统梳理的基础上,本项目研究拟从压电弹性力学理论出发,结合谐振器类声波的应用实际,对薄膜/石英谐振器中的附加质量层(附加电极)的形状、尺寸和位置对其固有频率的影响问题进行更深入的研究。采用理论分析结合实验研究,探讨附加质量层与压电薄膜/石英板之间的非理想连接对谐振器的影响, 分析谐振器在偏场(偏温度场)作用下及与非牛顿流体接触作用下的非线性振动,分析谐振器在瞬态电冲击载荷作用下的动力学响应行为和特征。针对上述研究内容,给出相应的理论分析方法和有效的数值求解策略。项目研究不仅对于力-电-热多场耦合问题的物理机理的深入探索具有良好的学术意义,同时对于具有高品质因数、良好频率稳定性的高性能薄膜谐振器的设计和研制也具有重要的工程应用价值.

英文摘要: Based on the systematic analysis of technical bottlenecks and difficult obstacles for the piezoelectric film/quartz crystal resonators with high performance, the current proposed project will provide mechanics analysis on the effects of added mass layer and biasing fields on resonators. From the point view of piezoelectric elastic mechanics theory, combined with the practical applications of resonator, deeper research will be focused on the influences of shapes, dimensions and locations of added mass layer (added electrodes) on the fundamental frequency of piezoelectric film/quartz crystal resonators. By theoretical analysis and experimental test, to explore the effect of nonideal interface between the added mass layer and the piezoelectric film/quartz crystal plate on the resonators; to analyze the nonlinear vibration of resonator under biasing temperature field and the resonator in contact with non Newtonian fluid; to show the dynamic responses and characteristics of resonators under transient electric shock loading. Corresponding theoretical analysis methods and effective numerical solution techniques will be provided.
