中文摘要: 针对目前烷基化汽油制备工艺存在的催化剂难以重复使用、环境不友好以及两相反应导致的转化率低等主要问题,本项目依据离子液体结构的可设计性,将能产生温控性能和B酸中心的结构单元或基团同时键合到离子液体结构中,通过调控温控结构单元的数量、B酸基团在离子液体结构中的位置以及阴阳离子、取代基的种类和组成,创制新一类高效温控-B酸功能离子液体,构建"高温均相反应,低温两相分离"的新型高效催化体系。基于该类离子液体酸性可控及其能与反应物在高温时处于一相的特征,显著提高对目标产物三甲基戊烷的选择性与烷基化反应速率,制备出高辛烷值的烷基化汽油。利用反应结束恢复到室温后该类催化剂能有效地与产物自动分离成两相的特性,实现烷基化汽油制备过程的反应-分离一体化与催化剂的循环使用,为高辛烷值烷基化汽油的制备提供高效新途径。

英文摘要: There are some unsolved problems in the preparation process of alkylation gasoline, such as difficult reuse of the catalyst, unfriendly environment, the low rate of two-phase reaction, and so on. Basis on the designability of ionic liquid structure, the thermoregulated structural unit and the br?nsted acidic centre can be simultaneously coupled into the ionic liquid. By regulating the number of the thermoregulated unit, the position of br?nsted acidic centre, the species and the components of anion, cation, and substituent, etc., a series of novel efficient thermoregulated-br?nsted acidic ionic liquid catalysts will be prepared, and a novel highly efficient catalytic system with the characteristic of homogeneous reaction at higher temperature and phase-separation at lower temperature will be constructed to resolve above mentioned problems in the preparation process of alkylation gasoline. Using this novel catalyst with two properties of the controlled acidic centre and situating one phase with the reaction substrates under the high temperature, the selectivity of the target product, trimethylpentane, and the rate of alkylation, will be efficiently increased for the preparation of alkylation gasoline with a high octane value. Kinetics and reaction mechanism of new catalytic reaction system will also be revealed.
