中文摘要： 1980年以来，我国打开了与西方发达国家交流的大门，中国建筑界主动引入了形形色色的外国建筑理论，展开了空前数量和规模的建筑实践活动。繁忙的建筑市场，出现利用外来理论片段，追求建筑形式的浮华和新奇的现象，使得建筑创作理论迷失了自国情出发，服务社会大众的社会责任和促进社会进步的基本目标。 本课题以1980年至2010年期间发表过建筑创作理论著述，并有一定影响的中国建筑理论学者（他们或者是执业建筑师，或者是高校教师）为研究对象，针对他们主要的建筑创作理论成果进行系统性研究。建构具备学科特色的，以中国建筑理论学者为单元的建筑创作理论的多媒体图文数据库。结合中国国情，提出建筑创作理论的可持续研究机制；阐明建筑创作理论和创新实践之间紧密的互动机制；明确建筑设计市场对建筑表述中应当具备的建筑理论原则。研究意义在于推出中国建筑理论的话语权，催生具有国际影响的优秀建筑作品。

英文摘要： Since 1980, China has opened the door of communication to the developed Western countries. China's architectural field almost absorbed a plethora of various foreign architectural theories, and expanded architectural practice at an unprecedented speed and scale. Within the booming architectural market, the phenomenon of applying foreign theoretical fragment to pursue flashy and novel architectural forms is rising. Consequently, architectural creation theory has lost its basic objective, which is to foster social responsibility, to serve the community, and to promote social progress based on the unique conditions of a country. This topic is developed based on the works of influential Chinese architectural theorists (practicing architects, or college professors) who published theoretical writings of architectural creation from 1980 to 2010. A multimedia graphic database of architectural theories is created through the study. On the basis of combining with Chinese conditions, this topic would put forward sustainable research mechanism for architectural creation theories; explain the close interaction mechanism between the architectural creation theories and innovative practices; and clarify the expressions of architectural principles in the design market.
