中文摘要: 货物的装载容器设计是现代货运研究和流通实践的重要议题。研究容器尺寸规格设计、积极推进装载容器标准化进程,能有效改善生产企业、批发零售企业、物流企业的物流运作效率、减少容器损耗与浪费,对提高中国的物流流通效率、降低社会物流成本都具有重要的社会效益和经济效益。然而,现有的容器设计与标准化实践与研究,大多关注如何充分利用容器空间,而忽略了"箱柜二次装载"这一重要的现代物流协作模式对容器设计的影响和作用。本课题将刻画并构建基于箱柜二次装载的容器设计优化模型;基于问题结构特征,提出模型优化求解的新思路与新算法;并研究在不确定货运要求下的容器设计策略与运作优化模式,分析并探讨企业装载容器标准化的管理策略与实施模式。本课题研究将现有的装载研究与容器设计有机整合,刻画了一类新的运筹优化问题;将单阶段的装载问题研究,拓展到双阶段的箱柜二次装载问题研究,具有较大的学术价值。

英文摘要: Carton dimension design is an important problem in the field of modern freight transport and logistics. Addressing the design of carton dimensions and promoting the standardization of cartons can effectively improve the efficiency of logistics operations in manufacturers, whole salers, and logistics service providers, reduce the loss and wastage of cartons, enhance the distribution effectiveness in China, and reduce the logistics costs in the society. However, the existing literatures in carton design and standardization mainly concentrate on how to make full use of the space, and have not addressed the joint effects of bin packing and container loading on carton dimension design. This research formulates the optimization of carton dimension design with bin packing and container loading, proposes a new thinking on designing an optimization algorithm, and studies the design strategies and the operational methods with uncertaint freight transport requirements. This research project integrates the carton dimension design with the existing loading studies, specifying a new type of operations research problem. It also extends the single-stage loading problem to a two-stage loading problem. It is neither trival nor straightforward.
