中文摘要: 如何高效处置污泥已成为污水处理行业极为关注的问题。前期研究发现,污泥堆肥富含腐殖酸和富里酸,因此,污泥堆肥制备腐殖酸和富里酸具有巨大的潜在价值。目前报道的腐殖酸和富里酸大多为无定型,纯度和质量较差。如何实现污泥堆肥腐殖酸和富里酸的晶体化是提升产品质量和价值的关键。为此,申请者提出污泥堆肥及结晶分离方法制备高纯度、多用途、高附加价值晶体产品的思路来解决污泥难题。本课题采用实验与理论相结合,主要研究:(1)污泥堆肥腐殖酸和富里酸的溶液结晶过程;(2)结晶过程中分子组装机理。拟通过上述研究,探索污泥堆肥腐殖酸和富里酸的溶液结晶过程影响规律,揭示腐殖酸和富里酸晶体中分子排列方式,探明腐殖酸和富里酸晶体的溶解度和表面熵因子热力学规律,建立结晶成核和生长动力学模型,揭示晶体生长过程中分子组装模式和速率变化规律,为腐殖酸和富里酸的溶液结晶分离提供理论指导,推进循环经济、清洁生产,节约矿物资源,保护环境。

英文摘要: How to efficiently disposal of municipal sludge has become a noteworthy issue in the sewage treatment industry. Previous research found that sludge compost is rich in humic and fulvic acids. Therefore, preparation humic and fulvic acid from sludge compost has great potential value. Currently, the most of reported humic and fulvic acids are amorphous, their purity and quality are poor. How to crystallize humic acid and fulvic acid from sludge compost is the key to improve product quality and value. For this purpose, the applicant proposed a new ideal to solve the sludge problem, that is,sludge composting and crystallization separation to prepare high purity, multi-purpose, high value-added product. Combining theoretical analysis and experimental data, the major research of this project include: (1) solution crystallization process for sludge compost humic acid and fulvic acid; (2) the molecular assembling mechanism in crystallization process. Through the above research intends to explore the influence law of the solution crystallization processes for humic and fulvic acid from sludge compost, reveals the arrangement mode of humic and fulvic acid molecules in the crystal, proved the thermodynamic laws of the solubility and the surface entropy factor for humic and fulvic acid crystals, establish the nucleation and growth kinetics model during solution crystallization, reveal the molecular assembly mode and the change principle of crystal growth rate,provide the theoretical guidance for the purification of humic and fulvic acid, promote the recycling economy and clean production, save the mineral resources and protect the environment.
