中文摘要: 本项目按计划完成了双酸中心固体杂多酸催化剂的设计合成,并系统研究其酸性质以及在酯化、酯交换中的催化活性。完成了Keggin结构固体杂多酸催化剂的设计合成:Mx/nH3-xPW12O40 (M = Fe, In, Sn, Zr, Ce, La, Al, and Zn, abbreviated as Mx/nH3-xPW);Zr0.7H0.2PW12O40、Zn1.2H0.6PW12O40、Al0.9H0.3PW12O40和Cex/3H3-xPW12O40;具有磁分离性质的纳米杂多酸催化剂SiO2/HPW@SiO2@Fe3O4。并对所合成的催化剂的结构、酸性质及催化酯交换反应性能进行了系统研究。获得了同时具有Bronsted酸位和Lewis酸位、高酸强度、高的耐酸性、耐水性、易磁性分离回收循环使用的固体杂多酸催化剂。研究杂多酸分子B和L酸中心对酯交换反应的催化的作用机理,开辟杂多酸合成化学和其Lewis 酸催化性质研究的新领域;开辟双酸中心催化制备生物柴油研究的新领域,为开发多酸型酸催化剂及应用提供科学依据和技术支撑。

英文摘要: According to the project, we achieved the syntheses of Heteropolyacids (HPAs) solid acidic catalysts including Mx/nH3-xPW12O40 (M = Fe, In, Sn, Zr, Ce, La, Al, and Zn, abbreviated as Mx/nH3-xPW),Zr0.7H0.2PW12O40、Zn1.2H0.6PW12O40、Al0.9H0.3PW12O40 and Cex/3H3-xPW12O40, and SiO2/HPW@SiO2@Fe3O4 magnetic separable catalysts. And we also investigated their sturcture,acidic properties and catalytic properties in transtesterification reaciton. We obtained a series of solid HPA catalysts owing Bronsted and Lewis sites, higher acidic strength, acid-tolerance,water-tolerance, and easy separation, which are suitable for catalytic conversion of waste cooking oil into biodiesel. In addition,the reaction mechanism of this double Bronsted sites and Lewis acid sites had been investigated. The porpose of this project had been achieved satisfictory, which can open a new field of synthetic chemistry and Lewis acid catalytic applications to heteropolyacids. Water-tolerant and acid-tolerant solid acid HPAs catalysts can lead to a new alternative approach for the biodiesel production and give a scientific fundamental and technical support for development of HPAs acid catalysts.
