中文摘要: 喷涂膨胀型防火涂料因其具有施工简便、重量轻、装饰性好等优点,已成为钢结构主要的防火保护措施。目前,对膨胀型防火涂层使用后出现的老化问题以及火灾下涂层的实际性能研究甚少,给钢结构抗火设计留下了安全隐患。为此,本项目拟通过试验研究和理论分析,阐明膨胀型钢结构防火涂层在温度、湿度、紫外照射等环境因素同时作用时的老化机理,探讨保护面层对膨胀型防火涂层耐老化性能的影响,揭示膨胀型钢结构防火涂层隔热性能随使用时间的退化规律;研究火灾类型、涂层厚度及钢板厚度对膨胀型防火涂层隔热性能的影响,建立实际火下膨胀型钢结构防火涂层等效导热系数计算模型,最后提出实际火下膨胀型钢结构防火涂层设计方法。项目研究成果将为量化膨胀型防火涂层的老化对钢结构抗火性能的影响提供依据,并将弥补现有钢结构防火涂层设计方法的不足,对降低火灾风险、提高火灾下钢结构建筑的安全性具有重要意义,同时对钢结构防火涂料的应用与发展亦具有推动作用。

英文摘要: Intumescent coating is becoming more widely used as the fire protection material to steel structures because it has many advantages such as convenient construction, lightweight and attractive architectural appearance. Nevertheless, research on insulative properties of intumescent coating and its aging problem is rare, which is a potential safety hazard for fire resistance design of steel structures. Terefore, the following issues are researched by experiment and theoretical analysis: the aging mechanism of intumeseng coating is clarified when exposed to hydrothermal environment and UV-irradiation, the effect of top coating on anti-aging properties of intumescent coating is discussed, how the insulative properties of intumesent coating degrade with time is revealed; the effect of fire type and thickness of coating and steel substrate on insulative properties of intumescent coating is studied, design mehthod of intumescent coating under realistic fire is proposed. Such a comprehensive study will make important contribution to improving long-term safety and economy of steel structure and the development of durable intumescent coating.
