中文摘要: 近年来发展的城市污水碳源预浓缩工艺为主流Anammox工艺提供了适于Anammox微生物生长的低有机物低悬浮物出水,因此克服低氨氮低温对城市污水主流Anammox工艺的限制成为需要解决的主要难题。本研究提出建立基于吸附载体生物膜的城市污水一体化厌氧氨氧化(CAR)主流脱氮工艺,利用氨氮吸附材料形成局部高氨氮环境,并利用吸附材料作为自养脱氮生物膜载体同步实现高效脱氮与吸附材料的生物再生,而实现低耗、高效、稳定的城市污水脱氮效果,解析工艺脱氮机制,并通过分子生物学手段探索工艺中的微生物协同脱氮作用机制,为工艺应用及推广提供理论依据,设计低耗、高效、稳定的工艺调控策略。

英文摘要: Municipal wastewater organic matter pre-concentration processes developed recently for comprehensive resource recovery have rendered an influent short of organics and suspended solids, which is benefit for the growth of Anammox microbes. However, low ammonia concentration in municipal wastewater still exhibits as the main bottleneck of the application of mainstream Anammox process. Therefore, a Combined Anammox Reactor (CAR) based process is proposed in this study to minimize the low ammonia concentration impact on Anammox process. By the application of ammonia adsorptive materials, induced high ammonia concentration near the surface of the adsorbent can help the growth of biofilm which combines autotrophic AOB and AnAOB for energy-efficient nitrogen removal. Moreover, the biofilm is also designed for simultaneous bio-regeneration of the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. This study will make an effort to clarify the nitrogen removal mechanism and microbial dynamics in molecular biological way along with their synergistic reaction, so as to propose an optimal operation strategy for demonstration and scaling-up.
