中文摘要: 胶体晶体是一种典型的复杂流体,胶体晶体的许多变化过程如成核生长过程、相变相分离过程等都与微观层次上粒子间的作用力密切相关,认识和控制这些过程在药品中间体筛选、制备新材料方面有重要应用价值。我们前期工作已利用独创的、能快速检测胶体晶体结构的反射光谱法,在国际上首次证实胶体晶体结晶过程遵循著名的晶体生长经验规律-Ostwald's step rule,存在亚稳态-稳态转变。此外,我们还发现有效电荷的增加会使晶体结构发生均匀-非均匀转变。本申请依据物理力学的研究思路,从微观层次上粒子间作用力的调节出发,进一步研究有效电荷、粒子数密度、盐浓度等作用力影响参数对胶体晶体介观结构的均匀-非均匀转变过程和亚稳态-稳态转变过程的影响,同时采用扭转共振光谱技术测量晶体弹性模量在这两种结构转变过程中的变化规律。这些方面的研究对于我们认识胶体晶体结构的形成和演变过程、介观结构和弹性模量之间的相关性有重要意义。

英文摘要: Colloidal crystal is one kind of typical complex fluid, and lots of processes in colloidal crystal such as nucleation and growth, phase transformation and phase separation have close relationship with inter-particle interaction at the microscopic level. The understanding and control of these processes have great value of applications in the selection of pharmaceutical intermediate and preparation of new materials. In our previous work, firstly in the world, we have proved the crystallization of colloidal crystal obeys the famous empirical rule-Ostwald's step rule and the existence of metastable-stable transition with the innovative fast reflection spectrum method. Additionally, with the increase of particles' effective charge, we have also found the homogeneous-inhomogeneous transition in the structure of colloidal crystal. Following the strategy of physical mechanics, from the origin of tuning the inter-particle interaction on the micro-level, this proposal is aiming at investigating the influences of interaction parameters, such as effective charge, number density and salt concentration, to the process of homogeneous-inhomogeneous transition and metastable-stable transformation.
