中文摘要: 碳纳米管、石墨烯和纳米碳纤维等纳米材料拥有出色的力、热和电学性能,利用这些材料开发结构型和功能型纳米复合材料的研究近年来受到了广泛关注。本项目将在现有的关于碳纳米管/高分子基复合材料力、电特性研究成果的基础上,以设计制造高灵敏度的纳米复合材料球形压力传感器为牵引,依靠实验,运用理论分析和数值模拟,深入研究碳纳米管/高分子基纳米复合材料在交流电作用下的介电性能与应变的关系,揭示碳纳米管的添加对高分子材料的力学和介电特性产生影响的机理,从而为碳纳米管/高分子基复合材料高灵敏度压力传感器提供材料设计指针。同时,利用这些指针对本课题涉及的碳纳米管复合材料的制备技术与工艺进行改良、对其材料特性和介电特性实验进行指导和评价,并验证理论与数值计算模型的正确性,最终实现制备性能稳定的功能型碳纳米管复合材料的目标,使其在高性能传感器开发以及特殊环境测试领域中得到应用。

英文摘要: Nanomaterials such as carbon nanotube, graphene and carbon nanofibre etc. have outstanding intrinsic mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Researches on the fabrication of structural and functional nanocomposites with the use of these nanofillers have attracted much attention recently. Based on the existing research achievement on the mechanical, electrical properties of nanocomposites, the proposed project aims to investigate the strain dependent dielectrical properties of CNT/polymer nanocomposites under alternating current, by experimental, theoretical and numerical methods, to design and fabricate highly-sensitive spherical nanocomposite pressure sensors. It is expected that the mechanism of how the CNT nanofillers affect the mechanical and dieletric properties of polymers can be revealed through the proposed research, so that the guidance of material design can be worked out for the highly-sensitive pressure sensors. Meanwhile, the guidance may be applied in ensuing research, including the optimization of the fabrication techniques for the CNT nanocomposites studied in this project, the planning and assessment of the experiment for the properties of the CNT nanocomposites and the verification of the correctness of the theoretical and numerical models, to achieve that the CNT nanocomposites with stable properties can be fabricated and promoted subsequently to the development of high-quality sensors and the measurement in the experiment under specific conditions.
