中文摘要： 开展城市循环经济发展格局、过程及其驱动机制的跨尺度-多层次研究，是推动循环经济理论创新和指导循环经济政策工具制定的迫切需要。本研究以甘肃省5个典型城市区域为案例，以政府、企业、公众为行为主体，以政策、意识、行为、技术为准则层，从微观（企业）、中观（园区）和宏观（城市）三个尺度建立循环经济发展格局量化分析模型，揭示不同尺度之间的嵌套关系和传导机制，从而实现对发展格局的跨尺度量化解释；以年度格局指数等为主要表征，分析循环经济发展的宏观过程、内部过程及外部过程，进而对发展过程进行集成建模解析，通过多层回归分析识别其关键影响要素并揭示要素间相互作用的基本规律，明确城市循环经济发展格局与过程在跨尺度、多层次上的异质性、交互性、转移性及演化性，初步提出在城市循环经济发展格局、过程及模型化解释等领域的一般研究思路及其技术方法，解决中国循环经济实践中出现的政策工具制订依据问题，补充和完善循环经济研究体系。

英文摘要： With rapid industrialization in China, both resource scarcity and resources efficiency have challenged the country's sustainable development. Under such circumstance, circular economy should be adopted as a national development strategy.Thus,to carry out the research on the development pattern, formation process and explained modeling of urban circular economy development is an urgent need and significance for pushing the circular economy development in practice and enrich the theory system of circular economy, and also for guiding the policy making on regional circular economy development. By taking Shenyang metropolitan area and its eight cities insided as the research target area, this study takes the government, enterprise and public as the three main agents, and then to establish the analytical framework for investigating the development pattern by undertaking the policies, awareness, behavior and technologies as the criteria levels, which would helpful for explaining the developmental pattern from a visual and spatial viewpoints. And then, by taking the annual patter index and other indicators as key superficial characteristics, the formation processes include macro process, inner process and inter-process are analyzed, followed by the key factors identification and the interaction activities clarification, which aims to figure out the heterogeneity, coupling, transformation and evolution of the circular economy developmental pattern and its process. This project is expected to meet the integrated research on urban circular economy development by using empirical approach, to propose the general roadmap on the pattern, process and model of urban circular economy development, which helping to make the policy tools, and to supplement and improve the circulation economic system.
