中文摘要: 延龙图指吉林省延吉、龙井、图们地区,是长吉图开发开放先导区前沿。从可持续发展角度解决城市生态用地规模、布局等问题,成为该地区新时期城市规划建设的客观要求和重要任务。 本研究从突出生态服务功能角度界定城市生态用地,基于80年、90年、2000年、2015年四个时相遥感数据,采用景观格局和梯度分析法探讨延龙图地区城市化过程中城市生态用地时空格局变化规律及驱动力;综合运用模糊层次分析法、等权叠加计算方法和生态系统服务功能理论和方法,通过对各时期城市生态用地空间结构在市域、场地两个尺度上的评价和生态服务功能重要性评价,采用生态功能网络法构建城市生态安全格局;基于城市生态用地评价结果,通过对生态用地的生态重要性评估和制定生态用地功能单元与地块的控制指标体系,从宏观和微观两个层面提出生态用地空间布局模式,为延龙图地区城市规划和城市生态综合规划提供技术支撑,对促进延龙图城市可持续发展具有重要现实意义。

英文摘要: Yan-Long-Tu refers to the combined Yanji,LongJing and Tumen regions in Jilin Province, the frontier of the development and opening pilot zones of Chang-Ji-Tu. Addressing issues of urban ecological land scale, layout and related tasks from the perspective of sustainable development has become an objective requirement and key task for both areas in the new period of city planning and construction. This study defines urban ecological land from the perspective of its ecological service function,on the basis of four-phase remote sensing images in 1980,1990, 2000 and 2015,using Geography Information Science and Remote Sensing technology, It then explores temporal and spatial change and the driving forces of that change on urban ecological land in the urbanization process of Yan-Long-Tu region by employing a method of landscape pattern and gradient analysis. Methodologically, we use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), Weighted Stacking method, ecological system theory and method together, through the spatial structure evaluation of urban ecological land and the integrated evaluation of ecosystem service in two scales of area and site in each period. As a result, we have constructed an ecological security pattern along with an ecological function network. This study puts forward an urban ecological land spatial layout mode from both the macro and micro levels, based on the assessment of urban ecological land, through the ecological significance assessment of ecological land, while establishing a control index system for the ecological land function unit and plot. This study can provide technical support for the urban planning and integrated urban ecological planning of the YanLongTu region, have great practical significance in promoting the sustainable development of the Yan-Long-Tu region.
