中文摘要: 以气候变化为突出标志的全球变化已经成为当前人类面临的一个重要事实,适应是人类响应气候变化的明智之举。青藏高原东北部的湟水流域是青藏高原和黄土高原、东南季风区和青藏高寒区的过渡地带,是气候变化响应的边界区。本研究通过对湟水流域过去50年农业生产与气候变化的关系的调查,重建农牧民对气候变化知觉的认知过程,探讨高寒地区不同农业生产方式下人群对气候变化的感知和适应机制、途径及方式,并寻找导致人类对气候变化采取适应性响应的地域差异,分析人类认知和决策行为对适应过程的影响,科学评价人类对气候变化采取适应性调整措施和适应能力,为适应未来气候变化的科学决策和适应策略提供参考。

英文摘要: Climate change as an important issue of global change has been the fact that all humans confront. Adaptive behavior is a smart way of responding to climate change. The Huangshui basin is a sensitive frontier area of climate change adoption, which located in the transition belt from Tibetan plateau to loess plateau and from Southeast monsoon area and Tibetan high and cold region. Based on analysis of the relations between agricultural production and climate variation during past 50 years, this study reconstructs the cognition process of farmers and herders to conclude the mechanisms, ways, and approaches of cognition and adaptation to climate change under different agricultural systems in alpine region. This study searches regional differences of adaptive response behavior. To analyze the influences of cognition and decision to adaptive process, and make scientific assessment of humans' adoptive activities and capabilities, that is to provide references for scientific policy making and adoptive strategy.
