中文摘要: 针对锰、铁难以分离这一制约高铁氧化锰矿资源化利用的关键问题,基于二氧化硫对氧化锰矿中二氧化锰选择性浸出的特性,提出二氧化硫湿法浸出高铁氧化锰矿,以回收硫酸锰溶液和富铁尾渣的形式达到锰铁分离的目的。首先通过实验确定高铁氧化锰矿中锰、铁的存在形态,进而根据Mn-Fe-SO2-H2O体系的E-pH图对体系进行热力学分析,通过实验测定反应体系中铁、锰、硫的浓度及矿渣中锰、铁的存在形态,确定液相反应的机理;通过考察液相中二氧化硫浓度、温度、pH、粒径对锰、铁浸出速率的影响,确定锰、铁浸出的动力学方程,结合矿渣表面物相分析,从反应速率和浸出过程两方面讨论锰、铁浸出率的关系;最终考察体系反应温度、酸度、浆液搅拌强度、气体中二氧化硫及氧气浓度等工艺参数对二氧化硫吸收率及锰、铁浸出率的影响,找到提高二氧化硫利用率和锰浸出率、抑制铁浸出率的措施,为高铁氧化锰矿的资源化利用提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Based on the characteristics of selective extraction of manganese in the redctive leaching process of manganese dioxide ore with sulfur dioxide, a reductive leaching process for rich-iron manganese dioxide ore with SO2 was proposed to recover manganese and iron in the forms of manganese sulfate and rich-iron slag. Leaching mechanism, kinetics, control steps as well as technological conditions will be studied in order to get a better understanding of the separation mechanisms of manganese and iron in the leaching process. Research contents include:1) Existing forms of manganese and iron in rich-iron manganese dioxide ore are determined, and then reaction mechanism in leaching process are theoretical analyzed based on E-pH diagram of Mn-Fe-SO2-H2O system and then verified by experiments via both the qualitative and quantitative analysis of reaction products. 2) Leaching kinetics and control steps of manganese and iron are studied by investigating the effect of experimental parameters such as sulfur dioxide concentration, temperature, pH, manganese dioxide ore size on the leaching rate as well as studying variations of manganese dioxide ore surface. 3) Effect of experimental parameters such as concentrations of sulfur dioxide and oxygen in leaching gas, leaching temperature, pH and impeller speed are investigated t
