中文摘要: 本项目拟研究倍蚜虫唾液中启动虫瘿形成的关键因子,从受蚜虫胁迫后植物的防御感知、信号传递、基因表达和代谢改变等过程中,揭示虫瘿形成的分子机理,从虫瘿的结构与倍蚜虫的适应响应阐明蚜虫与寄主植物相互作用关系。主要研究(1)角倍蚜刺探取食途径:分析口针在寄主植物上的穿刺路径、部位和叶片结构变化等;(2)角倍蚜唾液中的启动因子:分析唾液中主要蛋白或酶的种类、组成及活性等,验证关键启动因子;(3) 受角倍蚜攻击后植物激素响应的分子机制:研究脱落酸、茉莉酸、水杨酸、乙烯、生长素、赤霉素和细胞分裂素的生长变化规律,分析与上述激素相关的基因表达和代谢变化机制(4)植物单宁累积、分布规律及合成关键酶基因:分析寄主植物单宁变化和积累规律;研究单宁合成关键基因的作用与功能(5) 倍蚜虫对寄主植物防御性响应的适应性研究:分析高浓度单宁条件下,蚜虫唾液和共生菌如何分解单宁中,阐明蚜虫和寄主植物的相互作用关系。

英文摘要: This project aims to study the key factors which initiate the gall forming, to reveal the molecular mechanism of gall formation by studying the defensive recognition, signal transduction, gene expression and metabolic changes of the plant after aphid feeding, as well as to clarify the interactions between Chinese gall aphids and host plants though gall structure and aphid adaptation. The research mainly includes (1) The channel of Chinese gall aphid feeding on the host plant: analysis the channel of aphid stylet piercing through host plant and the change of leaf structure. (2) The initiative factors in aphid saliva: analysis of the type, composition and activities of proteins or enzymes in aphid saliva and verifying the crucial initiating factors.(3)The molecular mechanism of phytohormonal signaling in host plants response to aphid feeding: studying on the change regulation of abscisic acid, ethylene, auxin, gibberellin and cytokinin as well analysis on the changes mechanism of related genes expression and metabolism associated with the hormone cascade in the process of gall formation.(4) The tannin accumulation, distribution and the regularity of key genes in tannin biosynthesis: indicating the rules of tannins changing and accumulating in host plant and analysis the function of RchLARs and RchANR genes in process of gallnut growth. (5)The aphid adaptation response to host plant defense: analysis on how do the saliva and symbiosis bacteria decompose the tannin within the high tannin concentration conditions and clarifying the interaction between aphids and the host plants.
