中文摘要: 在红鲫(♀,2n=100) ×头鲂(♂,2n=48)亚科间远缘杂交的F1代中获得了两性可育的异源四倍体鲫鲂(4n=148)。以此为基础,通过多代自交获得两个四倍体鲫鲂群体(4n=148;4n=200)。用紫外线灭活的精子诱导F1代四倍体鲫鲂的卵子,没有进行染色体加倍处理,获得了能稳定产生四倍体卵子的雌核发育四倍体鲫鲂(4n=148)。本项目将以GISH和FISH 等生物学技术为研究手段,对F1代四倍体鲫鲂及其自交和雌核发育后代的遗传组成、形成机制以及生殖特性等重要生物学特征展开研究,为鱼类染色体倍性育种提供重要的基础理论知识。

英文摘要: The bisexual fertile allotetraploid hybrids (4n=148)were obtained in F1 hybrids of red crucian carp (2n=100, ♀) ×lunt snout bream (2n=48, ♂). On these bases, the two types of tetraploid population (4n=148; 4n=200) were established by their many generations of self cross. Following activation by UV-treated sterile sperm, without the treatment for doubling the chromosomes, eggs of the F1 allotetraploid hybrids developed into tetraploid gynogenetic progenies which can produce tetraploid eggs. We plan to study the genetic composition, formation mechanism, and reproductive characters of F1 teteraploid hybrids as well as their self-crossed and gynogenesis offspring by GISH and FISH, and then provide important basic theoretical knowledge for chromosome ploidy breeding of fish.
