中文摘要: Ⅳ族元素量子点是国际前沿备受瞩目的研究领域之一,在材料科学、化学和生物等领域引起了广泛的研究兴趣。本项目以电化学合成、纳米分析化学与生物分析化学研究为主题,拟从Ⅳ族元素量子点的合成方法学研究入手,制备性能优良的Ⅳ族元素量子点;并基于其优良的生物相容性来构筑对检测物具有生物特异性识别和生物催化功能的纳米界面,建立研究生物分子识别、催化和传感平台;构造高选择性、高灵敏度和高通量的生物传感器,为重大疾病的早期诊断与预防开拓新思路、提供新材料和新分析方法。

英文摘要: The study about group Ⅳ quantum dots is an international frontier. It has been attracted a great interest in the field of materials science, chemistry and biology, etc. The research theme is electrochemical synthesis, nano-analytical chemistry and bioanalytical chemistry. The purpose of this research is to study the synthetic methodology. We also prepared group Ⅳ quantum dots with excellent performance by using devolved technology. Based on its good biocompatibility of prepped quantum dots, the sensing interface with biological specificity will be constructed. The high flux measuring biosensor with high selectivity, high sensitivity will be fabricated. The new methods and new technologies will be devolved for biological molecular recognition, catalysis and biological sensing. The research can provide new materials and new analysis methods for the early diagnosis and prevention of diseases.
